    GDC IT Solutions is currently recruiting for a Sales Territory Manager in the general Milwaukee, WI area.

    Position Overview

    This position is geared toward a confident sales professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships on the phone and in-person quickly.  This role offers a competitive compensation package with uncapped performance-based incentives. 


    • Responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients, chambers, community agencies and technology organizations to create and maintain mutually rewarding partnerships
    • The ideal candidate will have a successful and proven track record of consistently delivering sales results in a business-to-business model, while possessing strong communication and relationship building skills
    • Responsible for cultivating long term partnerships and selling to business owners/executives
    • The candidate will be supported by a proven service delivery team, ensuring the success of long-term client relationships
    • The ability to work independently with support from corporate headquarters and field locations is required

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 2-4+ years of sales/business development experience
    • Must be willing to make cold-calls to develop qualified leads
    • Must be ambitious and driven by success and rewards
    • Proven track record in technical B2B sales

    Preferred Experience

    • A Bachelor’s degree is perferred 
    • Technology services sales experience is a plus
    • Technology focused sales certifications
