    Are you looking for a dynamic and innovative career with a full-service technology company? GDC IT Solutions is currently recruiting for a Technical Support Analyst in the Middletown, PA area.

    Position Overview

    This position will be responsible for a designated area of the business and will provide client hardware and software support.

    Responsibilities


    • Follow standard Service & Support procedures 

    • Installing and configuring computer applications 

    • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults 

    • Create and resolve Problem Records 

    • New User Setups and configuration of hardware 

    • Log all Service Desk interaction in the IT Service Desk tool 

    • Provide internal support documentation of resolutions 

    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for both software and hardware 

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects and tickets to completion. 

    • Implementation of assigned projects 

    • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention 

    • Perform PC maintenance 

    • Solve mobile device issues on IOS platform and MDM technologies 

    • Maintain IT Assets inventory 

    • Phone Duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications


    • 2+ years of experience in desk side support

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of software products

    • Understanding of Active Directory security groups 

    • Ability to determine client versus server issues 

    • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills 

    • Prior experience with troubleshooting systems; both hardware and software 

    • Experience with Pulse VPN

    • Experience with TeamViewer

    • Experience with O365

    • Experience with SCCM

    Preferred Experience


    • Experience with Lotus Notes

    • Experience with Matrix 42
