    Are you looking for a dynamic and innovative career with a full-service technology company? GDC IT Solutions is currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst in the Carlisle, PA area.

    Position Overview

    The Systems Analyst will work closely with the business to collect business requirements, review, approve and implement design changes.  Will also work with third party subject matter experts when custom solutions and enhancements are required.  Will lead project teams providing technical and functional guidance.  Will independently drive outcomes to the business needs within Microsoft Dynamics and other application supported by the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Independently work with the business to find standard and/or custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • Warranty Group Support as well as project and application support for custom solution
    • Evaluate and lead projects expanding on the existing CRM platform
    • Elicit detailed functional / business requirements from users
    • Collaborate and work with others within IT on open projects as well as strategically evaluate where the CRM would benefit current operational processes
    • Support Marketing initiatives 
    • Troubleshoot business issues as they arise
    • Provide expert level support for operational problem resolution

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3 or more years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Project Management 
    • Proven ability to provide leadership and engage with multiple levels of business stakeholders
    • Excellent communications skills and a positive customer service oriented attitude is required
    • A proven track record of overall project management, evaluate incoming requests, proposing solutions and ensuring the path forward is aligned with the identified direction
    • Must be able to lead teams who have no direct reporting responsibility and meet set deadlines of the scoped project
    • Highly organized and able to multi-task
    • Customer service oriented
    • Must possess initiative, advanced decision-making skills and problem solving abilities
    • Must have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with employees at all levels
    • Ability to communicate effectively, work independently, establish and maintain relationships, and manage projects/teams, plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments

     

    Preferred Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related position will be considered
    • Application development life-cycle 
    • Waterfall and Agile Methodologies 
    • Experience with Sitecore
