    Are you looking for a dynamic and innovative career with a full-service technology company? GDC IT Solutions is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst in the Marietta, PA area.

    Position Overview

    This position requires acting as a liaison between core business units and the Information Services Department to translate user requirements into high-level system specifications, develop and coordinate user testing, and assist in training and implementation of new systems or system enhancements.

    Responsibilities

    • Quality assurance testing of company web sites and mobile applications including browser compatibility testing.
    • Gathers, analyzes and documents user needs and requirements and assists technical staff in translating the requirements into systems specifications.
    • Participates in project status meetings including documenting and distributing meeting minutes.

    • Coordinates and assists all aspects of implementation including user training as well as producing user procedures and documentation.

    • Conducts post-implementation and routine proactive follow-up with business units to ensure a quality product and high level of functionality is achieved.

    • Provides daily support for business units including providing technical guidance, troubleshooting software issues, and working with the I.S. Staff to ensure the business goals and needs are met for the business units.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of business analyst experience with a working knowledge of the Company’s primary systems.
    • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
    • Application testing experience.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems or equivalent experience.

    Preferred Experience

    • Insurance industry background
    • Billing Systems
