    GDC IT Solutions is currently recruiting for an Technical Administrative Assistant in the Littlestown, PA area.

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with team members and supervisor to learn how to manage the information system
    • Input/rollover data to various software/information systems for ensuring accuracy of data
    • Respond to user requests for a variety of report options for the purpose of disseminating information to the appropriate parties
    • Assist with the management of user accounts
    • Provide support for software packages to include uploading information, providing reports, and installing upgrades
    • Prepare third-party request as required
    • Respond to work orders for the purpose of resolving problems and supporting the sites and users
    • Provide training to users on supported software, and programs for the purpose of ensuring proper and efficient use of systems
    • Assist with technology support, troubleshooting, and training
    • Maintain confidentiality of information processed, stored, or accessed

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum of two years post-secondary training at a college or trade school, or similar experience in a related area
    • Experience in computer based systems and computer literacy with Microsoft Office
    • Willingness to learn new systems and problem-solve
    • Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, while also capable of developing solutions independently
    • Customer-service oriented attitude and ability to work with internal team members at all level
    • Willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed including answer calls, supporting IT projects, and other tasks as assigned
    • Ability to lift 40lbs

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience with data entry and database reporting strongly preferred
    • SIS (Student Information Systems) or other Education Software is a plus!
