    Position Overview

    The Lead Security Analyst will be a hands-on manager individual who will be responsible for coordinating security activities across all segments.  This person will be supervised by the IS Director but will work closely with the CFO while presenting security reports to the business, including the Board of Directors Security and Audit Committee.  The ideal candidate will establish, plan, and administer the overall policies, goals, and procedures for the information security function.  In addition, will initiate, implement, and develop information security programs in accordance with the organizational information security standards.  Lastly, they will perform and evaluate information risk on a regular time schedule and promote information security awareness within the organization.


    • Direct the planning and organization of the information security function in alignment with the current and future business needs while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement, cost center management, and EVA driven results.
    • Deliver information security projects such as risk assessments, penetration tests, perimeter security solutions, etc. 
    • Champion the security COE (Center of Excellence) team which provides input on information security strategies, policies and procedures. 
    • Participate in planning & organization of enterprise wide information security through active engagement in a matrix model through the IS Governance Board.
    • Provide oversight and management of enterprise information security processes and tools.
    • As the primary security liaison for the enterprise, this individual must also be able to work with the company's Managed Service Security Provider (MSSP) to ensure that the enterprise security posture is not compromised.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • CISSP Required
    • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT highly preferred, but will consider candidates with 9+ years of experience with an Associate's degree, or 13+ years of equivalent experience in IT. 
    • Experience with the following:
      • Administering Security Solutions
      • Managing vendor relationships
      • Creating security strategies, policies, procedures, and baselines
      • IS Security related field
    • Strong analytical, listening, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Passion for protecting intellectual property
    • Experience working with Virtual teams
    • Experience with ISO 27001 standard and working with maturity models
    • US Citizenship mandatory to International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience with ITIL a plus
    • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation a plus
