GDC IT Solutions is currently recruiting for a Technology Solutions Sales Manager in the Harrisburg, PA area.
The Technology Solutions Sales Manager acts as the Solutions & Technical Services internal leader for the VAR business. Directs the technical support and services teams and assists in driving the overall solutions technical services plan across all product categories. Key areas of focus include managing the day-to-day support and longer term coverage model for the pre-sales team, designing and supporting new technical services, managing integration services, working with key vendor partners and category leaders to determine our solutions/support priorities, driving the pre-sales team to achieve expected SLA’s, mentoring and coaching direct reports, improving customer service levels, establishing necessary ROI reporting, developing technical training and informational content, conducting associate technical trainings, maintaining technical certification inventories, developing and executing a Solutions Lab plan, and conducting customer-facing webcasts.
